Story Time

Children will have fun as they learn. Parents and caregivers will discover how to model and support early literacy/learning activities and skills at home.

The summer story time schedule begins Monday, June 26th and runs through Wednesday, August 23, 2017.

The regular fall story time schedule will begin Tuesday, September 5, 2017 and will include Preschool Story Times on Thursday at 1:15 pm and Friday at 10:15 am.


Basically Babies & Books

Tuesdays at noon

Wednesdays at 9:30 am

Babies learn through a variety of language and social experiences (reading, writing, talking, singing and playing). Children birth–18 months and their favorite adult are invited to share a multitude of activities designed to support and develop these early literacy and learning skills.

Toddler Story Time

Mondays at 11:30 am

Tuesdays at 10:15 and 11 am

Continue to support your toddler’s language and social development. Children 18 months–2 1/2 years and their favorite adult are invited to share stories, rhymes, songs and more that continue to promote early literacy and learning.

Pre-K Story Time

Wednesdays at 10:15 am

Thursdays at 10:15 am

Thursdays at 1:15 pm

Take your preschooler to the next level. Children 2 1/2 years–5 are invited to share stories and social experiences that continue to support the development of early literacy/learning skills and help prepare for school-age challenges.

Family Fun Time (Ages 2+)

Continue to support your child’s literacy and learning skills through the primary years. Families are invited to share stories and songs that foster a love of reading.  Crafts and other fun activities round out the story time experience.

Pajama TIME (AGES 2+)

Thursday at 7 pm

Put on your Pajamas (if you dare) and bring your favorite blanket/pillow/stuffed animal.
Join Miss Kori for a quiet family evening of music and stories to help your child(ren) wind down and get ready for bed.
