Every year, Manlius Library asks our patrons to consider a donation in support of the library at the end of the year. Your generosity makes everything we do possible and underscores a priority on providing cultural, intellectual, and informational resources to everyone.
In 2017, Manlius Library became the only library in Upstate New York to offer Biblioboard and PressBooks,
a combination that allows Manlius patrons to self-publish their work with ease. We have improved our public technology by updating our public computers, adding another catalog terminal, and circulating more of our popular CNYFi internet hotspot kits.
Also this year, Manlius Library completed the phenomenal Audubon gallery thanks to Dr. Harold and Barbara Jones, built a beautiful Pollinator Garden thanks to John Gilligan, and installed a new phone-charging station thanks to Karen Steinberg. With a construction grant from New York State, we’ve been able to repair our roof and make security updates to the building.
These investments and other initiatives are why the Greater Manlius Chamber of Commerce named
Manlius Library a non-profit of the year. We won’t slow down in 2018, so please consider a contribution. Your continued support for the library makes a resounding statement about the quality of life here and is greatly appreciated.
Mail checks to Manlius Library, One Arkie Albanese Ave, Manlius, NY 13104 or click here to visit our Square website and make an online donation by credit card.
